The Invisible Exercise was developed by founder Dell-Maree Day who has been teaching and refining this groundbreaking program for almost 20 years.
Our 10 Week Intro Program is our extended Intro Program where you will learn The Skeletal Workout in 10 Foundation Postures. Via Key Bones you will realign your skeleton and our postures are simple, safe and highly effective. In just 20 minutes per day, The Skeletal Workout achieves 360 healthy joints transforming not just your spine but your posture, body shape and definition.
Each week of your 10 week program you will learn a new posture that safely builds your results. You will complete your daily program by using your video and audio instructions that you will find on your dashboard.
ZOOM classes are yet another fantastic addition to your dashboard. You will be able to do TIE classes real time with Dell-Maree and meet other TIE enthusiasts.
We love to ensure you have more resources than you could possibly need so your dashboard also includes photography and illustrations.
