The Invisible Exercise methodology is made up of 288 postures. During the introductory program you will learn 10 foundational postures. These 10 postures are all you need to harness your body’s hidden super structure, your connective tissue, and activate each and every one of your body’s 639 muscles.
In week one and two we start by activating your breathing muscles. In weeks 3, 4 & 5 the postures become more challenging and the intensity, and your heart rate, will rise. The final 5 weeks address your flexibility and those trouble spots; abs and butts.
